On January 25th and 26th, the sixth Consortium Meeting will take place on the Campus of Institut Pasteur located in Paris, France. The meeting marks the mid-point of the ERA4TB project, providing time to reflect on the previous three years and look ahead to the next three.
This face-to-face event will be an opportunity for more than 100 representatives of ERA4TB partners to share updates and upcoming project activities. They will report on the progress of the activities and plans the for the final phase of the project, mainly in the areas of assets’ progression, capacity creation and enhancing relationships between partners.
Additionally, the event will include a satellite workshop to further discuss ‘Biomarkers of tuberculosis treatment efficacy’. The workshop will explore the big picture of the use and needs of biomarkers of treatment efficacy in clinic, and discuss the importance of data modelling for biomarker identification in order to bridge the gap between in vitro/in vivo experiments and clinical settings.
